Please be sure that you are available to accept deliveries from DPD. Use the tracking information supplied.
If your delivery cannot be made your order WILL be returned to us. You will be refunded less the carriage charge, but you will need to repurchase and you WILL be charged again for delivery. These are difficult times and all carriers are under massive stress. As you can imagine those of us that are self isolating rely heavily on deliveries. Let's make their job as easy as possible. When we Post or Ship
We post every weekday Monday to Friday. This means that a parcel ordered before 14.00 hrs on Friday may reach a UK destination Saturday morning. This wholly depends on the enthusiasm of your local postman and is NOT guaranteed. Expect a delivery Monday.
Orders to be shipped via DPD that are placed by 4.30pm or via TNT that are placed by 15.00 hrs on a Friday (that is not a bank holiday) will arrive Monday (that is also not a bank holiday) providing you are on the English mainland.
We do not ship or post on Saturdays because the carriers do not collect from us. Neither do we post or ship on Sundays because we are probably in : Bed | Church | The Pub* (*delete where applicable) .
Saturday DPD deliveries will only work if you place your order before 4.30pm on the preceding Friday.
Sunday DPD deliveries will only work if you place your order before 4.30pm on the preceding Friday.
Buying From Outside of the EU
When purchasing from outside of the European Union charges may be levied by your local government by way of import duty and or taxes. These charges vary from region to region and can change without warning. It is the responsibility of YOU the customer to make yourself aware of any charges that may be imposed. We will under no circumstances accept liability for any charges for return or destruction of goods ordered. If you are not prepared to pay your local import duty and or charges, please do not buy.
Here at Eurocarcare we do try to be realistic with carriage charges. We do not consider delivery to be another profit opportunity but just a necessary part of the service. In an effort to do our bit for the environment (and to save money of course) we do try hard to recycle packaging wherever possible.
In days gone by we also offered international air mail. This is still possible by prior arrangement. The reason we no longer offer the service is due to the unreliability and length of time it took for items to arrive. Virtually every time an order was placed we would have you sending disgruntled emails enquiring as to why it was taking so long for your parcel to arrive. Well, the reason is that jets are faster than bicycles. Our preferred international carriers are TNT & DPD and as such all deliveries outside of the British Isles will default to one of them. Please bear in mind that deliveries into Europe via DPD Road will take a little longer than Air Freight.
If you absolutely insist for whatever reason that we ship via a postal service this can be carried out by arrangement. Please note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions you will be relinquishing Eurocarcare Ltd and it's employees of ALL and ANY liability regarding issues involving transit of goods via any agent other than TNT International, DPD. Royal Mail (Cut off 15.30 hrs GMT)
All Royal Mail items destined for UK addresses will be posted at the most economical rate possible. Please be aware that Royal Mail consider a 10 day delivery period acceptable for a a 1st class parcel, and that items are not 'missing ' until 10 working days have passed after the due delivery date. Working days are Monday to Saturday. If A guaranteed 'next working day' service is required, please consider the carriers.
In the unlikely event of your package becoming lost or damaged, please contact us and we will forward you proof of postage to enable you to claim compensation from the Post Office. For further details please see the post Office web site.
For International Deliveries by Air Mail, please allow 3 to 7 days for European destinations and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world. Parcels can NOT be tracked outside of the UK therefore we accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items. If your order is at all time critical or you are not prepared to lose your order to the bottomless pit of international postage, please use TNT or DPD.
DPD Deliveries (Cut off 16.30 hrs GMT)
DPD shipments are completely trackable during transit and for most UK destinations will arrive next working day. DPD will require a signatory on delivery of the package.
DPD are happy to follow additional instructions such as "If no reply leave at number 29" etc. If this is impractical for any reason, DPD will redeliver. Again, they will leave a card with instructions on arranging a re-delivery at no extra charge.
DPD make every effort to deliver on time and have an enviable track record for on-time shipments. However, errors can occur and occasionally situations that are out of our control can cause delays. We cannot take responsibility for these situations and therefore request that if an order is at all time critical that you allow an extra day prior to ordering to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.
In the unlikely event of your package becoming lost, please contact us and we will track your parcel. If you wish you can track your delivery yourself on the DPD tracking page.
Should an item become lost or damaged whilst in transit with DPD, we will gladly make a claim on your behalf. Claims will be refunded as soon as reconciled by DPD. This process may take a number of weeks.

Courier deliveries executed by TNT are completely trackable during transit and for most UK destinations will arrive next working day.

We strongly recommend that you make yourself aware of any additional charges for your area. Use of Air mail may avoid this whereas TNT will certainly charge where applicable.
All of our shipments will require a signature at the point of delivery. Because of this we cannot send to a PO Box number. Unless you choose TNT as your carrier and reside in one of the following regions:
If you are utilising the services of a foreign shipping address service such as Skybox in the USA please ensure that your home address is listed as your main address with your Skybox (or similar) address as the delivery address.
