Please be sure that you are available to accept deliveries from DPD. Use the tracking information supplied.
If your delivery cannot be made your order WILL be returned to us. You will be refunded less the carriage charge, but you will need to repurchase and you WILL be charged again for delivery. These are difficult times and all carriers are under massive stress. As you can imagine those of us that are self isolating rely heavily on deliveries. Let's make their job as easy as possible.
