Here at Eurocarcare we are happy to accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of your item*. If you find that your purchase is not required, you may return the item to us in it's original package. Items must be in a salable condition, therefore we cannot accept items that have been fitted or used in any way.
We take great care to ensure that applications for parts are as accurate as possible, but in some cases this can be extremely difficult. For this reason we offer a checking service whereby we will check with the Manufacturers catalogue to verify suitability for YOUR car specifically by chassis number. This may take a little longer, but will considerably reduce the possibility of disappointment. We strongly encourage using this service.
Returns will be shipped back to us at your expense unless circumstances dictate otherwise. Items returned will be refunded in full excluding the original shipping charge. We will also refund utilising the same method employed at the point of original purchase.
