Shipping charges

Here at Eurocarcare we do try to be realistic with carriage charges. We do not consider delivery to be another profit opportunity but just part of the service. In an effort to do our bit for the environment (and to save money of course) we do try hard to recycle packaging wherever possible. 

You may find on smaller items that there is a choice of shipping method. If this occurs it really is up to you to decide which service suits your needs. All Royal Mail items will be posted 1st class recorded signed for delivery which is trackable to prove delivery only.

Royal mail 'should' leave a card outlining instructions on how to retrieve your parcel should they not be able to find a signatory. This usually involves collecting the item(s) from your local sorting office. Please ensure you collect within a few days as parcels will be returned to sender and we will need to charge for reposting.

  • standard First or Second Class postage
  • price according to weight
  • free certificate of posting available
  • electronic proof of delivery
  • compensation for lost or damaged items, up to £39

 

In the unlikely event of your package becoming lost or damaged, please contact us and we will forward you proof of postage to enable you to claim compensation from the Post Office. For further details please see the post Office web site.

For international deliveries, please allow 3 to 7 days for European destinations and 5 to 10 days for Australia and New Zealand. Please note that standard delivery charges include a basic compensation ceiling of £39.00. If you require further cover please contact us for a quote.

 

 

Fedex Deliveries

 

Courier deliveries will be executed by Fedex. Fedex shipments are completely trackable during transit and for most UK destinations will arrive next working day. Fedex will require a signatory on delivery of the package. 

Fedex are happy to follow additional instructions such as "leave in the coal bunker" or "If no reply leave at number 29" etc. If this is impractical for any reason, Fedex WILL redeliver. Again, they will leave a card with instructions on arranging a redelivery at no extra charge.

In the unlikely event of your package becoming lost, please contact us and we will track you parcel. If you wish you can track your delivery yourself on the Fedex tracking page at http://www.fedexuk.net/accounts/track.aspx
