Due to quarantine measures we are implementing a night shift for our online sales operation. This means that orders will only be transported by DPD & TNT. Orders will be picked and packed the evening of ordering after normal hours and shipped the following day.

Please be sure that you are available to accept deliveries from DPD. Use the tracking information supplied.

If your delivery cannot be made your order WILL be returned to us. You will be refunded less the carriage charge, but you will need to repurchase and you WILL be charged again for delivery. These are difficult times and all carriers are under massive stress. As you can imagine those of us that are self isolating rely heavily on deliveries. Let's make their job as easy as possible. But there's hope. For absolutely no charge, we will send you an email reminder for whatever fits the bill. You can even specify how far in advance you would like your reminder. All you have to do is create a simple account here on eurocarcare.net. Creating an account is as simple as lodging your email address with us. Rest assured we will NOT be bombarding you with junk mail. You'll be lucky if you hear from us at all. We primarily utilise email for keeping customers up to date with order progress and not for marketing. If you would like to keep in touch with us more regularly, like us on Facebook or send us an email. Sharing your details with other parties is also a definite no-no. Once you have created your account, look for the 'REMINDERS' link on your account page. The system is pretty intuitive so should present no problem. Naturally as your reminders are password protected only you have access to the information contained therein.
